When ICSE was founded in 1976 its goal was to provide electrical and instrumentation services for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients in Central Virginia. With our growth we have specialized in the Industrial Municipalities Water and Wastewater markets on our Electrical Contracting side of our business. From simple VFD/Drive replacement, PLC/HMI/SCADA Systems, to the full electrical installation of a new facility our 20 plus years of experience, in this market, shows that we have made a commitment to our customers.
